The best part of our compensation package are the paid holidays.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team gives me the tools and support to help our team succeed. They also care about the individual as well as our families and help us balance our personal and professional life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our engagement coordinators do a fantastic job of setting and maintaining a family environment in the work place. They are always going above and beyond to make our students, faculty, and staff feel cared for and special.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fantastic! They go above and beyond to help one another achieve our personal and team goals. It is not a cutthroat environment of personal performance but rather a team-oriented environment centered in mutual responsibility and team work to help the collective.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love hearing the personal testimonies of our students. It is a privilege to be in a position of trust where students feel comfortable sharing their lives with you. Our students overcome a lot over their education journey and I am so thankful to play a small role in that journey.
