Clear communication, honesty , openness in state of our school

Since I am 100% on line this is a hard question to answer
What makes you most happy at work?
The interactions with my students and back up from admin if need help
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not have one since I am PT but do take advantage of the 401K
