For faculty needing supplys can be challenging and a headache at times, IT is never around and takes a long time to get anything fixed, by the time it has been fixed someone else other than IT already fixed the issue. Having to cover additional classes. Can be improved by hiring more staff.

Having people that actually care about students and providing them with a great expierience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being recognized for the work you do even when you go above and beyond. More money would make me feel better!
