We at the Campus level feel we are a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference for our students so they are successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reviews are not done in a timely manner. And merit increases are not retroactive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just that, we are a very cohesive team. We support each other and we care about our students.
