When you start there is no grace period to learn your role. You are expected to preform at a high level from the start. Everyone says everything we do is for our students, which is true. However, this company is numbers driven.

We all get along and help each other out.

The interaction with students and building relationships with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an African American and I am the lowest paid member on my team. I have the same experience as them and also a higher education level than some of them. This was discouraging. I also feel like my goals are unrealistic.
