Knowing that everyday I am helping someone change their future for the better. Knowing I am helping local communities and economies grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like my manager coaches and builds us as a team. She motivates us in a way that inspires confidence and drive. Opportunity is given to grow and master my skill set.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate having a variety or health benefit packages to choose from and a Health Savings Account. It helps my pay stretch and work for my families budget. SJVC knows not one size fits all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team brings so much to the table due to our diversity. I look forward to collaborating to tackle issues because I know someone on my team will have the perspective and background we need to think creatively for the best outcome.
