The questions are based on situations and problem solvings. If this is not answered accurately your interview is regarded as you being incompetent to do the job. The questions can change and be eased up. The interview does not have to be like an exam.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are told to allow our customers to mistreat us as they are the customers and they are always right. This has a deep emotional affect on our well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better increases. Promotions given for long services, subsidy on medical aid
