Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor comp compared to market. Comp team stated they will never pay at top of market. As a manager, constant struggle to staff and with this philosophy it's impossible to attract quality talent. I also feel like I don't want to put in much effort if I'll never get rewarded.
