The leadership team is very approachable and make you feel part of the team all of the time. Mark Ciarfella, Pat O'Donnell and Donald Day are excellent leaders who know how to lead by example.

The most positive about the culture and environment at SBA is that the executive team treat me with respect and values my suggestions and ideas. It really feels good to be part of SBA as it provides a great sense of belonging.
