The best part of my compensation is the stock awards.

I feel there is sometimes a division between the various subgroups in our department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel there is quite a bit of teamwork when a big project is happening.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lay out a clear vision for the future of the company and keep us updated through town hall meetings.
