SBA has been a great experience for me. I've been challenged, and have worked my way from being a crew member. My managers have had faith and patience with me and have continued to help me grow within the company.

I really like the bonus plan and the stock plan.

They seem to be very genuine and care about the employees and customers alike.
What makes you most happy at work?
Personally, my team is great. As stated before, we all work together to make sure that no one person is struggling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very close and work well together. We all look out for each other and when one person needs help, we rally around and make sure they don't drown per se.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In recent years, I've really seen the work/life balance become more than just "talk". We all have family and friends outside of work, and the goal is to have a happy life, and we've really grown to make sure that's a priority.
