They are outstanding team players, great communicators and want our department and company to always be put in the best light possible, which is demonstrated by their daily actions and work product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have the employee's best interests in mind, they listen to our suggestions, they communicate well and have a clear vision for the company. They have made it not only a great place to work but also a fun place to work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
SBA has put a lot of time, effort and money into ensuring our building is clean (inside and out), having up to date technology, coming up with innovative fun ideas (like Spirit Days), holding Town Hall meetings and having programs like the Healthy Connections Wellness program.
