I'm a full time employee for more than 3 years. I have a luck to work in a very nice department and in my position I'm so glad to always have new projects in a very busy department. I have a good connection with my boss (one of then) and great co-works and one only not so great. Amazing HR support.

The American attitude to give back, the kindness and generosity with voluntaries causes.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling that I have so much to do it. It's important to be needed it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the new HR approach to make ours leadership team more close to us. As a fast pace department before we are so busy to deal with approach, now is like a part of our job.
