I have been with SBA for quite some time and I like the fact that when ever I have a situation to deal with no matter what the department involved the reaction and help is always there. This makes your day much easier to handle.

I enjoy the variety of each day. I also like to interact with a variety of people and get to know them.

I like the fact that I am able to provide input and they listen and trust in the feedback I am providing to them on a regular basis.

I like the fact that I am provided shares in the company as part of my benefits. This makes me feel that I am an important part of our company and their growth.

A large part of our team has been working together for quite some time so longevity means we have a great environment. I like the fact that we rely on each other for help or feedback in our daily activities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that we are one of the few companies where a majority of the employees are all on the same page to see the company succeed and we all understand what that means in the end for us as employees.
