What are some of the best things about your team?
Open interaction and discussions. No one is trying to out do one another. We all get along and work well together. No one on this team is falling behind in quality or quantity of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I'm paid fairly for my job, but now that I am taking 1/2 the work from a soon to be retired associate, the pay doesn't justify that, especially if that retired associate isn't replaced and that work is then given to the new associate so I only have to do my normal job.
