All of them are easy to approach and talk to. They seem to be invested in the company as well as its employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a lot of things that Seaman Corp. does for it's employees - bonuses, competitive salary, fair increases, meals, activities, etc. It's hard to name just one thing.

The flexible work week has been amazing! Although I have not been able to take advantage of it, I appreciate the volunteer time off. The VSP insurance is very good.

Benefits. Both the employee paid and company paid ones. Hard to find a company that offers some of the benefits free to employees.

Everyone is very cooperative and helps out when needed. We have a great work environment and get what needs done when it needs done.
