I truly enjoy coming to work and interacting with those who i work closely with as well as those who I see less often. I also like the flexibility that my job allows for coming into the office and working from home when appropriate.

We have a good focus on talent acquisition, but not much on retention and/or advancement. You can carry the load for other people and not be recognized for it or promoted. This should be a new focal point we consider.

Seaman Corporation is a phenomenal place to work. You get out what you put into it, and your hard work gets noticed. Politics play a part, but not on a large level. Work is extremely flexible and people are always genuine and kind. Overall it is a great place to work
