Seaman Corporation has put together an amazing team! Everybody is respectful and kind to one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager has an open door policy. I feel very comfortable discussing things with her. She is open and honest with me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexible work week has been amazing! Although I have not been able to take advantage of it, I appreciate the volunteer time off. The VSP insurance is very good.
