I work hard and have plenty of work to do. It is a very good company to work for. Most employees are great to work with. It is interesting to see our products being used and built out in the public world.

I feel very fortunate to have been hired by Seaman Corporation and enjoy working there.

They seem to support their team members and work together towards our common goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus program. I've never worked for a company that has such a good bonus program.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Relationships and dedication to the company. Seaman Corporation is also very cooperative with work schedules, appointments, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along really well and respect everyone and their position in the group. Everyone is willing to help if need be.

All of them are easy to approach and talk to. They seem to be invested in the company as well as its employees.

Everyone is very cooperative and helps out when needed. We have a great work environment and get what needs done when it needs done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to perform my job without office politics or a manager who constantly hoovers over you. As mentioned before benefits, salary and bonuses also help.

We have implemented some new programs that put us at the forefront of most companies in helping employees with work schedules, appointments, benefits, social activities and much more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a lot of things that Seaman Corp. does for it's employees - bonuses, competitive salary, fair increases, meals, activities, etc. It's hard to name just one thing.
