Employees are really an important part of the company and the management/owner make a point to show their appreciation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits. Both the employee paid and company paid ones. Hard to find a company that offers some of the benefits free to employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely friendly and helpful. You never feel as if you are bothering them. Open door policies had the leadership in mind when the term was coined.
