Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company was known for not paying commission on deals and would get rid of people before closing so they would not need to pay them. Did not give breakdown of stock numbers so that you could make knowledgeable decision.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More team work and more communication. Too many people on the sidelines and not enough people trying to make things happen which is needed at a young startup in an extremely difficult market.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to invest in communication skills and collaboration. Little to zero communication in the US about what was happening in other parts of the world. Stop lying to employees and be honest with them.
