I have been part of Sectigo for a couple of years now. There were some tough times but the new executive & management teams are really trying to make a change and improve the situation. I can see it on a daily basis. It's good to be in a company that has a clear mission and is moving forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sectigo values are not just values on paper, you can definitely feel them in the culture and environment of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team incarnate the values of the company and do their best to transmit it to the employees. They always are easy to reach out to too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am working with is fantastic because everyone is always trying to help each others as best as they can without judgement & competition. It is really great to work in a sane work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation package is a subject that still need to be improved to stay on the market but the company is doing a lot to improve it at the moment and we are close to be even above the market.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on exciting new projects, being challenged in a good way all the time. There is also the feeling of being part of a company that moves forward and takes care of its employees. I am really feeling like I have an impact.
