We don't need more office space, we need investment in workable Finance solutions such as upgrading and/or replacing our OMS and choosing one software that fits all for billing, accounts receivable, sales, and accounting.

I have not been able to fully flourish in my current role over the last several months due to the inability to reasonably distribute critical tasks down to team members and truly manage us forward on larger shared objectives. I hope to transition to the level I need to be most valuable.

The company is too worried about growing the business without fixing the foundation. They need to get back to basics and review the areas that need improvement.

Focus on upgrading systems I thought would be a priority but don't seem to be. Certain areas need training on what needs to be provided in order for my team to avoid the constant, repetitive requests and questions we have to ask to then wait for responses in order for us to complete our job.
