What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Executive leadership and their continual efforts to engage and inform the company during Town Halls, teach and update on current accomplishments, and reiterate our core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is positive, and really working together to meet department goals and changes. They are committed to continual improvement of processes and are always supportive where asked of them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sense of accomplishment for myself and the team; productively moving toward achieving goals and objectives set out for our team and seeing the positive changes and impact we are making by constantly (successfully) improving areas of our work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are in full support of our department's growth/development, and they have clearly defined vision for the company and continue to acknowledge the company wide efforts as we evolve across all departments to support the company and executive goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not been able to fully flourish in my current role over the last several months due to the inability to reasonably distribute critical tasks down to team members and truly manage us forward on larger shared objectives. I hope to transition to the level I need to be most valuable.
