What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Stop hiring people that don't speak enough English to call the police if necessary. This is a security company that at best is ineffective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The office staff is just not the right kind of people to do this. I could make more money at McDonald's.
