As a virtual company, Seeq provides amazing flexibility in where and when you work. Though not directly part of my compensation, this greatly increases my quality of life.

My team is a highly talented, diverse group of individuals who bring a lot of positive energy to the table. As a team we regularly iterate our process and aren't afraid to try new things.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the opportunity to create a new user interface or tackle a difficult defect, but most of all, in my role as scrum master, I enjoy being able to keep my team happy and efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As an agile company, we are always trying new things looking for better ways to do business. Teams can define and redefine much of their own process. We trust and respect each other enough to take risks, in part because of the time we set aside to get to know each other through fun activities.
