Seeq is an amazing company to work for. You are treated as a valued team member. Seeq cares about its employees far beyond any other company I have ever worked for.

I have enjoyed helping Seeq grow and change as a virtual company. As a developer, I've not only significantly impacted the product, but also the culture. I've really appreciated management's willingness to constantly adapt to changing needs with a bottom up approach that gives everyone a voice.

There's an effort to keep things transparent; the board meeting slide decks are available for every employee to see and financial updates are posted frequently.

As an agile company, we are always trying new things looking for better ways to do business. Teams can define and redefine much of their own process. We trust and respect each other enough to take risks, in part because of the time we set aside to get to know each other through fun activities.
