What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The Seeq Employee Engagement Networks (SEENs, which are basically affinity groups) - there's Women at Seeq, the Neurodiversity SEEN, and Hispaneeqs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The freedom PTO is definitely great; I have never received pushback about taking time off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?There's an effort to keep things transparent; the board meeting slide decks are available for every employee to see and financial updates are posted frequently.
