Too many meetings and no progress in the transformation. ERP implementieren has been stopped by management decision as a cost savings measure. My team is demotivated because their projects are constantly changing.

Compensation for the majority of the team is poor. No bonus, even if they fire you without any real reason. Who has or receives equity is not understood; Criteria?
