It is still quite fluid so being able to help shape and establish it is nice

I met every person in the company at the time and had a block to get to know the CEO right away
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No career ladder structure and therefore no promotions / raises. Feel like I am underpaid based on years of experience and new hire packages
