What is the best part about your compensation package?
I loved the remote/flexible work culture and the unlimited PTO policy! I also think they have really good healthcare benefits!

I loved how transparent the interviewers were, the next steps and deadlines were always clear which didnt leave me with any anxiety!

I love seeing the impact I can make on millions of people with the power of storytelling, talking to the community and connecting with people from all over the work :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very respectful - no one's title gives them an ego boast. Everyone is super approachable and always ready to help. They give you enough flexibility to prioritize life first so you can be productive at work!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is very empathetic and also very trusting - this lets us take risks with content, stories, and more as a creative team. They push our boundaries and support us which help us to eventually continue raising the bar.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I genuinely enjoy working together, we get along as people which makes getting along as team members easier. All of us give every member our full trust and support - this enables us to do our best and to keep going because we are fully supported!
