Too many special services that take away from actual patient care. This company like many on care about the bottom line. Pay is garbage even though the company as a whole (Loblaws) has made a huge surplus over the past couple of years. Treat your employees like we're not expendable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Patient culture is horrible. You try to set reasonable wait times and even those are met with eye rolls and toddler tantrums!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a great 3 person team. Yes just 3. In a pharmacy with a volume of over 250 scripts a day. We are Champs and work well together
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Role up your sleeves and come to the store level and actually speak to your employees about what if anything needs to be addressed or how they are coping in this crazy time. Get off your zoom meetings in your jammies because we all know you're doing that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Why Is it that Pharmacists get better benefits when I'm paying the same? I'm sorry but it's either good dental or drug coverage and 50% dental coverage? Also for the amount of verbal abuse and the work load that we assistants have to deal with the pay is a joke.
