My direct coworkers are very nice people. I value knowing my coworkers on a personal level because we gain respect for eachother and work well together.
They just need to know and do their own job that's it and work together as a team
Maybe just teamwork and all management need to lead and train their employees properly and know their roles and responsiblities and being held accountability for not providing the proper tools in maintaining a healthy working enviroment. There is no Blue Culture at all in our store or head office
