What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very cohesive and customer oriented.
They are approachable and genuinely nice people
The leadership team at my shoppers is great! Very understanding and cares about their employees!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consulting with their staff and working as a team
Role up your sleeves and come to the store level and actually speak to your employees about what if anything needs to be addressed or how they are coping in this crazy time. Get off your zoom meetings in your jammies because we all know you're doing that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good benefits package for entire family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Why Is it that Pharmacists get better benefits when I'm paying the same? I'm sorry but it's either good dental or drug coverage and 50% dental coverage? Also for the amount of verbal abuse and the work load that we assistants have to deal with the pay is a joke.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some members of my team are well trained, determined, and take responsibility for tasks they start. These people are like me in that they take pride in the work they are doing.
Experienced team from front line cashiers to management to ownership.
The direct team members in the pharmacy are great!
We are a great 3 person team. Yes just 3. In a pharmacy with a volume of over 250 scripts a day. We are Champs and work well together
Everyone gets along great! It's a great place to work!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They just need to know and do their own job that's it and work together as a team
Maybe just teamwork and all management need to lead and train their employees properly and know their roles and responsiblities and being held accountability for not providing the proper tools in maintaining a healthy working enviroment. There is no Blue Culture at all in our store or head office
Give schedules early not the day before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct coworkers are very nice people. I value knowing my coworkers on a personal level because we gain respect for eachother and work well together.
Family oriented staffing, lots of long time employees.

Patient culture is horrible. You try to set reasonable wait times and even those are met with eye rolls and toddler tantrums!
