It is very fair, and inclusive. Everyone is treated equally, there are no layers. Anyone can reach out to anyone else.
What did you like most about the interview process?
For the onsite interview, I had to create a presentation on myself which highlighted who I was as a person outside of work, as well as my professional skills and abilities. I think it really helped me get the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone has each other's back, everyone works hard, and we are all treated fairly. The work itself is super exciting and rewarding, and the impact of my work directly correlates to the success of the company and the success of our customers.
