I like the most about the Sibros leadership team is their openness, taking along everybody and thinking about everyone and small things that would have been ignored in many places.

It was more of a discussion than an interview. Your attitude matters more than your technical knowledge

For the onsite interview, I had to create a presentation on myself which highlighted who I was as a person outside of work, as well as my professional skills and abilities. I think it really helped me get the job.
