I was asked to make a presentation about myself to the company's leads, which was a new experience.

Regular company sponsored events to meet and interact with people from other team is a great way to get to know everyone in the company.

The leadership team is transparent and there is no enforced hierarchy in place, giving all the employees freedom and the knowledge of what is happening in the company.

Knowing that the work that I do has a significant effect for the company, the product and the end customer provides the job satisfaction to keep me driving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a role to play in the growth of the company. It is easy to collaborate and exchange information within the team. Everyone takes responsibility for the work and provide assistance readily.
