Great leadership. They are all incredibly passionate about every aspect of the company and inspire me in many ways.

Great culture. I have become good friends with just about all of my coworkers. A proper work-life balance is taken very seriously here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fantastic, diverse group of friendly coworkers. They are all very good and what they do and we all have a very symbiotic relationship. The office culture is great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was very bidirectional. They spent quite a bit of time with me answering my questions and giving me insight as to how it is to work at Sibros. The questions asked of me were very well designed and thought provoking.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day I learn new things which is addictive in a good way. I get great satisfaction being able to contribute to our future success. Additionally, we all get the sense that the work we do has a sizable impact on our product.
