Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're an international company, and we have relatively low cost of doing business due to our headquarters location, but we are paid as if we work for a local company doing local-only work. We are not paid fairly compared to other companies of the same size/vertical.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better workstations, more privacy, more accommodations for focus and concentration

Ask more direct questions that really investigate how a candidate would perform in the role they are seeking, not necessarily the one they have
