Feeling appreciated and "seen and heard." Free food and soda! :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that I am allowed to voice my ideas and opinions and that I can have flexibility when I need with my schedule.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we get 4 meals a week plus snacks galore. That is a huge benefit to me to not have to pay for lunches and eating out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved taking the Clifton Strengths Finder test and coming in to work with their Strengths Coach about that. Eye Opening and helpful even if I hadn't got the job!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love our leadership team because they have innovative ideas using new and exciting technology. They are forward thinking, fun, have a good work-life balance and I love that they are a strengths based company!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the free lunches and team feeling here at Skipio! I love being at work...that sounds crazy, but I love being at work. I love feeling productive, appreciated , and in a great positive environment!
