I've been here a year, and it has been the best work experience I have had in Silicon Slopes. Many companies talk the talk, but the work environment and leadership are less than ideal. Skipio is different.

Winning for our customers. I love hearing their success stories.

We work together - not apart. We solve problems together, and encourage each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work space is open, and encourages our interaction. Love the fun leaders as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the contributions to our HSA accounts, the free snacks, and the catered meals. I also LOVE our workspace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the Clifton Strengths Assessment - and then meeting with the Skipio Strengths coach. It helped me better understand myself, and I could see what my co-workers would be like before even joining.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is open to suggestions and have open door policies. The leaders allow, and even encourage, each and every employee to use their "Strengths" to accomplish work faster and more efficient. I love the freedom to be my best self.
