The pay is absolutely terrible for FAs, we are payed below minimum wage and as far as a living wage to even pay rent thats actually almost impossible.

Best training on E-175. Company cares about its pilots and support group. I believe SkyWest is a sleeping giant. Skywest has the ability to become even more profitable and competitive.
