I really like working here. My teammates are wonderful people and are very supportive, kind, and fun. I'm constantly learning & faced w/ new challenges here & I feel engaged. Work/life balance is an issue. The workload & expectations are high and it's hard to know when it's okay to stop for the day

My teammates are kind and caring. They are always helpful and thoughtful when I am stuck on how to move forward with a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like the sky is the limit at Smartling and everyone's willing to help everyone else get there. It's a very collaborative and support environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems and satisfying customers make me happy. I'm pleased when I know that my efforts have helped customers with their localization initiatives and at the same time increased Smartling's bottom line.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was offered a junior level position despite having several years of industry experience. Clear communication about objectives/timelines for career advancement would make me feel better. A 401k match would also be a great addition to the benefits offered.
