What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all basically free to make their own decisions autonomously about how and when we work, yet held accountable for our responsibilities. There are no office politics at all, which allows us to give and receive feedback freely with no fear of someone having ulterior motives
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a high level of camaraderie among us and everyone has a general lack of ego.
