I have been working at Socotra for around 4 months and I couldn't be happier, I am already learning a lot and I feel like I am part of a team that really cares about my growth and values my work. The only thing I wish we had was 401k contribution, hopefully in the near future.

Every single team member is always willing to jump in and help when needed. They are all professionals t what they do but are not afraid to wear multiple hats and collaborate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love being able to work full remote, but more than anything I like how invested the company ins in our well being by implementing gym stipends, free fitness classes and unlimited PTO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way people genuinely care about making sure you are happy at work. I keeps me motivated and happy to turn on my computer every day. I also love that the company invests in team building activities, fitness and well being by implementing great benefits.
