I like that the leadership team is approachable and very interactive with the whole team. They do a great job of shouting out highlights of team members.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with co-workers is pleasant. People are willing to help and solve problems/make processes more efficient. I enjoy having the freedom to do my job and make decisions knowing my boss and the executive team trusts my judgment and advice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is in-line with market rate and my health insurance is actually fantastic. I take allergy shots which are quite expensive so having the lower deductible plan option is great. The FSA vision has allowed me to pay for 25% of LASIK surgery.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The marketing team is a scrappy bunch. We are all motivated, efficient, and work really well together. I know that if I ask someone to do something, it'll get done without me having to check-in with them. I feel thatI am trusted to do my job and make decisions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is efficient in their work and there is flexibility for life to happen. No one bats an eye when someone needs to take off for an appointment or just needs a vacation day. There seems to be a lot of trust in people to be adults and get their job done without micro-managing.
