We are true team players and when someone is having a bad day or isn't feeling well, others are always willing and able to show support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy the transparency amongst team members and departments. Our CEO has been transparent and open to questions in bi-weekly company meetings and it's probably my favorite thing about leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they care about the associates. My direct leader does everything they can to make sure our team has a great home and work balance. They've consistently pushed us to succeed not only at Socotra but personally, for our future goals.
