For a tech startup, I feel like we have a healthy work place environment. I haven't experienced toxicity in the work place.

There seems to be a genuine interest for them to get to know their team in addition to their appreciation of the work you do.

The work place doesn't seem to be toxic which I really appreciate, especially since it's a tech environment. The people who are hired seem to be genuinely nice and happy to get to know new people.

Friendly and also work hard. We are able to have friendly banter and be very "real" and genuine with each other. I enjoy that everyone seems to care to get the job done, and do it well.
