What did you like most about the interview process?

Consistent follow-up by the recruiting team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Car allowance, parking and bonus.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Too many silos and too many competing agendas. And too many hidden agendas.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A toxic culture dressed up as a Great Place to Work. By toxic I mean a culture that doesn't accept new viewpoints.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Now that the company is public, they need to move their entire sales and marketing organization into the 20th century. These still operate like they are in the 90's with large call center behind them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just look at the NPS numbers and how they have declined. The biggest investment in new systems went nowhere in making the organization more customer friendly. And that's because the people leading the project had no experience, outside of Softchoice, of what they were doing.
