Mark Aubin is CEO of Softrax, with almost 3 decades of expertise in enterprise financial software. He is recognized as one of the pioneers in Enterprise Billing and Revenue Recognition Solutions. Mark co-founded RevStream, where he led strategy, product, and technology functions through its successful acquisition in 2017. He has since held regional and global leadership roles spanning sales, go-to-market, product, and customer success functions for finance software providers across a diverse set of industries. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas McCombs School of Business.

David Milligan has worked in software and technology companies for more than 25 years. At SOFTRAX, Mr. Milligan oversees the implementation of products and works with customers to identify optimal solutions for complex business practices. Mr. Milligan has filled a variety of roles during his career, including product strategy, services management, operational management as well as cultivation of customer relationships.

Robert Kelleher is Director of Information Technology and Development Support at SOFTRAX. Mr. Kelleher has achieved leadership success in the technology field for over 20 years with extensive experience in business software, SAAS operations, application delivery, compliance, security, and system design. Mr. Kelleher is responsible for solving IT and business problems, and manages IT projects, customer implementations, and DevOps development.

Scott Burdick is the Director of Customer Success at SOFTRAX, working with customers to provide service and support for over 15 years. Mr. Burdick has a long track record of helping solve the most complicated challenges in revenue recognition and complex billing automation. He has previously worked in finance, accounting, and auditing at companies such as Time Warner Cable and IBM.

Jeff De Andrade has more than 25 years of software development experience. In his role as Director of Product Development at SOFTRAX, Jeff oversees co-located direct reports as well as remote, offshore resources. He is responsible for all functional areas from management to product development and delivery of the company’s entire suite of solution, including cloud-based Revenue Recognition and Billing Management.

As Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, Youssef manages the product strategy and roadmap and is an acknowledged leader in enterprise monetization. He has worked with companies across SaaS, AI, IoT, Managed Services, and UCaaS to address complex revenue operations issues. Youssef combines insight with hands-on experience, offering a practical perspective on why consolidation isn’t just a finance project—it’s a critical driver of business growth.
